Effective January 1st, 2020:

All dates booked from April to September and all major holidays will be required to have a minimum of 3 day booking.

When it gives you a confirmation email- the price will only be listed for one day and one dog. If you are booking multiple dogs the rate listed will be per day and per dog.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of your booked service.

To reschedule a pre reserved drop off time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschule your drop off or pick up time slot without 24 hour notice, you will be charged a $5 rescheduling fee.  There will be a late fee of $5 for pick up or drop offs later than 30 minutes past your scheduled time.
